Hi, I'm Donna Oji.
I'm running this workshop because I know what it feels like to have proposals out, opportunities in motion, and still no idea when the next client contract will come through, or where your next income is coming from.
I lived that while growing my own business after leaving corporate. At one point, I had three proposals delayed at the same time. I couldn't plan what was coming in over the next three months, and my cash flow was tight.
What changed things was creating a faster path to getting paid, alongside my existing sales process.
Before starting my own business, I spent years as a consultant and contractor in finance, data, GDPR and business analysis roles at organisations including Citi, State Street and J.P. Morgan.
